Group Meetings
Meeting 1 – Tuesday 4th October:
Shared our ideas for documentary subjects.
We began to develop some of the ideas as a group and narrowed it down to three.
The topics we chose were Homelessness, Child disabilities and the inner workings of the docks.
We chose our roles within the
production:-

Meeting 2 – Friday 7th October
Decided to pursue the Docks idea because it was the most original idea.
Tried to contact the media office at Southampton docks however the head of PR was in a meeting
Started up our Yola based website and assigned each other home pages.
Meeting 3 - Wednesday 12th October
We met to discus who to contact about filming at the docks.
Decided that one option was to film at several locations (Southampton and Portsmouth)
Tried to contact the UK boarder agency however we were told to call back next week.
Meeting 4 - Wednesday 19th October:
Meeting 5 - Wednesday 2nd November:
Met to discus feedback on our yola site, started to develop our yola pages to become more consistent.
Meeting 6 - Wednesday 9th November:
Informed that the docks will not let us film. Had a group meeting to discus potential ideas, all group members were assigned a topic to research and contact primaries.

Meeting 7 - Wednesday 16th November:
Decided as a group to pursue the taxi driver idea, marketing team created a wix flash based site for our primaries to find out information about us.
Meeting 8 - Thursday 24th November:
Met our primary Muhammad for an informal meeting to discus the documentary. Came up with the title Cabbie.
Meeting 9 - Wednesday 30th November:
Began to discus our pitch for Cabbie, began creating promotional material.
Meeting 10 - Wednesday 7th December:
Had a group tutorial surrounding our presentation, advised to research everything into our primary, group members were giving specific topics:
